RESIDENCy Offerings

Village residencies are open to BIWOC leaders globally who self-nominate, are nominated by their community, or are invited by New Seneca Villagers.

Restorative Residencies

In the spirit of artists residencies, Villagers have access to nature and the time and space to explore community and individual restorative practices. They also have the opportunity to connect with one another and the space to expand their vision for their work and their communities.

New Seneca Village provides offerings designed to center restoration, connection and visioning.

Future Legacy Vision

  • Host our own retreat center space for up to 300 women and non-binary leaders of color to join us annually for 10 to 20-day residencies

  • We will continue to provide complimentary accommodations, supportive grants, access to nature and restorative practice and Village offerings

  • We will continue to focus on restoration, relationship building and collective visioning for a future grounded in liberatory principles and practices

Healing Initiative

New Seneca Village is simultaneously invested in building the capacity of the healing community.

Healers work limited and flexible schedules so that they too can enjoy a semi-sabbatical experience while weaving restoration more deeply into their own practices.

We define healing practitioners as leaders in offering and advancing healing, reflection, expansion, restoration and visioning practices.

Future Legacy Vision

In our retreat space, we will have the room and funding to  contract with up to 160 healing practitioners annually to provide restorative practice offerings
