Open Call for Consultants

New Seneca Village is seeking experienced consultants to support our work.

 

Ideal candidates are:

  • Highly organized, skilled in designing and managing collaborative project timelines with clear milestones.

  • Self-motivated and proactive, takes clear initiative to advance the work and keeps the Village team and other stakeholders on track with agreed upon deliverables.

  • Creative, collaborative and emotionally intelligent, leads their work with clarity and transparency, while meaningfully engaging the Village team and community partners.

  • Aligned with our mission, vision and framework, with a deep understanding of our work, including the context for our work and the values that guide it.

Fundraising Consultants

We are looking for proactive and deeply connected fundraisers to support Village fundraising for our Legacy Vision and founding endowment.

​

We intend to co-create an eight month collaborative Resource Circle to expand fundraising connections, including ensuring conversations with potential funders and others aligned with this work. This role will also support  attendance at 2026 Storytelling events. 

​

  • Well - connected to foundations and individual donors and donor networks.

  • Interested in a collaborative opportunity to work with others to achieve fundraising goals. 

​

Resource Circle starts in January 2026

Podcast Editor

We are looking for someone to edit a podcast designed to amplify generative conversations.

 

This person should have experience in audio engineering principles and content editing for a cohesive narrative flow, including transitions, music and effects to provide a quality listening experience. â€‹

​

  • Strong audio storytelling and clear communication skills

Research & Evaluation

We are looking for someone to develop a creative evaluation of our work over the past four years, illuminating core themes, frameworks and outcomes.

 

This work will include analysis of qualitative feedback and narrative development, including interviews with Villagers, the Village team and community partners. 

​

  • Strong writing and storytelling ability.

Communication and Public Engagement

We are looking for someone to support the development of a creative and engaging share out of what we have learned in this work for publication in our 5th year in 2026.

​

Additionally, this role will create and publicize a virtual roadshow for the share out, including invitations to ensure robust attendance by funders and others aligned with this work. 

​

  • Well - connected to foundations and individual donors and networks. 

Podcast Producer

We are looking for someone to support the development of a pilot podcast season, overseeing the production of the podcast from start to finish; including guest management, script outlines for episodes and distribution.

​

This person will also share analytics with the team and amplify the reach of the podcast through various platforms.
