Ain Bailey

Spirit Forward Futurist | Nature Lover | Cosmically Oriented | Design Architect | Voracious Reader | Tender of plants and dogs

Role: As Co-Executive Director of the Village Legacy Vision, I steward the strategies and relationships that will actualize our land-based, restorative visioning space. The Legacy Vision will be a port in the storm and a socio-restorative home for leaders and healers, enabling the centering of spirit as core to designing the approaches, strategies, actions and ways of being that will call in our collective, thriving and liberated future.

As Founder, I provide strategic visioning, philosophical and narrative grounding and spiritual/material intention to/for/with the Village overall, in partnership with the Co-Executive Director.

Ain Bailey (she/they) is a liberation centered practitioner and coach whose work is grounded in infinite possibility - proven by the very existence of this abundant, life-giving (and gorgeous planet) and the limitless potential of humanity.

Compelled by the promise of free and sacred futures, inspired by generative connections and grounded in the power of transformation, Ain is committed to advancing human evolution and Right Relationship with the planet and other non-human beings in all of her work. She is grateful to be led by spirit and to spend her days co-creating with the universe and the Village team and community.

Ain is most energized by their role as the Founder of New Seneca Village, a sacred transformational space designed to connect change leaders to nature, restoration and possibility such that their leadership and work is grounded in restoration, interconnection and expansive visioning.

To this work they bring an unwavering belief in transformation, inspired by science fiction / fantasy writing, particularly speculative visioning by women of color.

Get to Know Ain

What questions are enlivening you in this season?

  • When will we evolve our humanity such that we are aligned with the dual gifts of existence and this gorgeous, life-giving planet?

  • How / Are my actions and ways of being contributing to an evolved future?

  • When will we enable everyone’s brilliance to be included, so that we can get to the important things like teleportation and galactic exploration and belonging?

How do you envision the future when our restorative vision is realized?

I imagine a world wherein everyone's needs are met, such that everyone's brilliance will be seen, honored and valued by the collective. To be clear, everyone includes all non-human beings and elements.

Once we get over the debilitating neurosis of superiority, hierarchy and capitalism, we will finally be an energetic match to the gifts we have been given and worthy to co-create with the universe far beyond anything we can imagine. I can't wait!
