New Seneca Village
Cohort Circle Series

Welcome: This is where your residency begins!

The Village Circle Series is designed as the first step into our intentional community centered around restoration, connection and visioning.

It will provide grounding space you as you step into dreaming up the residency that will support and enable the expansion of your restorative practices. Within the group we will explore awareness and accountability around tending to that which needs tending in order to ensure that you are able to be fully present at your residency.  Including the permissions you will give yourself before, during and after our time together on the land.

We invite you to begin making space for your restorative journey with New Seneca Village now,

by reviewing the contemplative questions and solo journal prompts below.

Because we want to hold space that allows people to feel safe, be brave, and speak from their hearts,

the cohort circle sessions will not be recorded or available afterward.

We  strongly encourage you to attend all the cohort circle sessions as they are designed in sequence to be a partner on your restorative journey.

We will share a brief survey after the final session to gather your thoughts on the cohort circle series.

it is self-preservation,

and that is an act of political warfare. "

What comes up for you when you contemplate this quote, particularly in light of where you are from?

Session #1:

Seed : The Beginning

Please set aside some time to contemplate the following...

Opening Questions:

  • Who are you and where are you from?

    • (Who are you?) How do you define your Self without titles or roles, accreditations or organizations.

    • (Where are you from?) How do the communities you belong to engage with restoration?

  • What does your wise inner Self know about restoration and restorative practices?

  • How do or how could your restorative practices make space for your path in the world?

Share your reflections on these questions (if you want) and your own contemplative questions in return here.

Session #1: Thursday, September 8th @ 7PM ET | 6PM CT | 4PM PT
